Job summary

Morgan Autism Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior support across classrooms and programs. The role focuses on developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans, conducting FBAs, and coaching staff to implement evidence-based approaches for students with autism and developmental disabilities.

As part of the Behavior Support Team, you will collaborate with Program Directors, teachers, therapists, and families to design functional communication,

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of three years direct experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Experience coaching staff and working in educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support to students and respond to classroom behavior calls.
• Develop, implement, monitor and revise Behavior Intervention Plans based on functional assessment data.
• Conduct FBAs and related evaluations to inform interventions.
• Coach teachers and staff using the I Do, We Do, You Do framework and conduct trainings.
• Collaborate with clinicians, teachers and families to implement consistent interventions across settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting.
