Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage an assigned caseload and oversee behavior support systems and plans for individuals served. The role involves training staff, ensuring program implementation, and maintaining compliance with standards.

The BA will participate in multidisciplinary teams, contribute to on‑call rotations when applicable, and supervise candidate BCBA staff while maintaining thorough documentation and data collection.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education (in school settings only), etc.
• Current certification, in good standing, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Must have satisfactory background checks
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Responsibilities

• Works within a multidisciplinary team to ensure standards are met and participates in agency-wide and state-specific committees.
• Develops, trains, and monitors behavior support systems, programs or plans for varying ages and functioning levels.
• Monitors and documents adherence to plans, and collects data with entry and graphing.
• Completes required documentation and maintains accurate electronic records.
