Avion ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess, design, and oversee ABA treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role emphasizes direct client support, data-based decision making, and collaboration with families and professionals to ensure effective outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, supervising RBTs, providing parent training, and maintaining strong communication with families to address questions promptly.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for working with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and initial evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to execute comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Supervise RBTs; model and monitor progress of behavior support plans.
• Provide parent training.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients' families and respond to guardian questions promptly.
