The BCBA conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, trains staff, and collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant discipline, current BCBA certification, and state licensure if required. This role is critical for ensuring effective service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
