Job summary

Morgan Autism Center in San Jose, CA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct behavioral support, conduct FBAs, and develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans across classrooms and programs. You will coach teachers and staff using an I Do, We Do, You Do framework, analyze data to guide interventions, and collaborate with Program Directors and related service providers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• BCBA certification must be in good standing.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Ability to coach staff and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive classroom observations, identify behavioral concerns, and provide preventive supports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor function-based BIPs emphasizing prevention and positive reinforcement.
• Collaborate with teachers, IEP teams, and related professionals to set measurable goals.
• Coach staff using an I Do, We Do, You Do framework and ensure fidelity of interventions.
