Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide district-wide ABA consultation and direct support for students and staff. The role emphasizes FBA/BIP development, data-driven monitoring, and collaborative coaching with school administration and families.

The position involves leading in-service training, implementing positive behavioral supports, and mentoring RBTs/BCaBAs/BCBAs while aligning with district priorities and Medicaid processes where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Three years of ABA experience; BCaBA may apply with BCBA within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services via Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Intervention Plan development, implementation, and monitoring.
• Provide in-service training, coaching, and support to staff regarding ABA principles.
• Coordinate, develop, and monitor district-wide behavioral services.
• Assist with delivering professional learning to ensure Positive Behavior Supports align with district priorities.
• Supervise RBTs, BCaBA, and BCBA candidates to support data collection, intervention, and integrity monitoring.
• Collaborate with district supervisors to develop systems preventing behaviors that lead to suspension or restraint.
