Job summary
ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Lawrenceville, GA to lead interventions and supervise RBTs. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 (full-time) with a $20k sign-on bonus for a limited time, plus relocation and loan forgiveness options.
You will design and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, conduct assessments, and support staff pursuing BCBA certification while collaborating with families and schools for measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master's degree required.
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Initiate state licensure process prior to start date if required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
- Background/drug screening and driving record must be clean.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
- Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional).
- Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
- Other typical BCBA activities.
