Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee center- and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will ensure quality treatment, supervise clinical staff, and coordinate with families and other providers.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed behavior analyst with state-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality in collaboration with families.
• Supervise staff to develop clinical skills and certification readiness.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
