Best Ever ABA in Florence, SC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized treatment plans for children with autism. You will supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, design behavior interventions, and partner with multidisciplinary teams to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active.
• Experience in autism-specific services preferred.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and identify targets.
• Mentor and supervise BCaBAs and RBTs.
