Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high‑quality ABA services for children with autism across multiple states. You will design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and support families.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, supervision, and data-driven progress summaries, with flexible full‑ or part‑time options and relocation bonuses. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with ASD.
• Willingness to travel between assignments and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
