Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Columbus, GA is seeking a full-time on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA will assess, plan, and supervise data-driven interventions across home, school, and center settings.

You will collaborate with families and professionals to ensure comprehensive care, provide parent training, and maintain rigorous documentation while upholding BACB ethics and standards.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and adherence to BACB ethical guidelines.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children and young adults with ASD in clinical, home, school, or community settings.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design data-driven behavior intervention programs for children and young adults with ASD.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians; monitor treatment fidelity.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide parent training and education to support generalization of skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards.
