Job summary

Achivements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to make a meaningful difference for children with autism and their families. The role supports treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision, parent training, and collaborative team work across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona.

This position offers flexible in-home, daycare, and school services with a strong back-office support team to focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Must live within 50 miles of GA.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
