Job summary

Heartlinks ABA MD seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism across center, home, and community settings. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and update individualized treatment plans, design behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs, and provide clinical oversight for RBTs and behavior therapists.

Responsibilities include parent training and collaboration with schools and other providers.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be able to supervise RBTs.
• Experience with data-driven ABA program design and progress monitoring.
• Strong collaboration with families, schools, and other providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA).
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Provide clinical oversight for RBTs and behavior therapists.
