Behavioral Health Field, Inc. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead applied behavior analysis programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities across Texas.

You will assess and write individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs in homes and schools, and train parents both in person and via telehealth. You will also analyze data, adjust programs, and prepare the reports insurers require for authorization and reauthorization.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA certification required.
• Texas license or eligibility required.
• Commitment to BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
• Spanish language skills are a plus and beneficial.

• Lead ABA programs for children with autism across Texas.
• Assess, write and update treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs in person and via telehealth with documented supervision.
• Analyze session data and adjust programs accordingly.
• Train parents and coordinate with schools; write insurer reports for authorization.
