Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field.
• Three years of ABA experience with individuals with autism.
• Knowledge of autism assessment tools and positive behavior support.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans and teaching programs based on assessments.
• Supervise, coach, and train behavior technicians and specialists.
