Job summary

A dedicated behavioral health provider in Utah seeks passionate BCBAs/LBAs to enhance the lives of children with Autism. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required.
• BCBA certification is essential.
• LBA certification where applicable is necessary.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, intervention strategies, and data analysis required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and individualized assessments.
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise ongoing ABA therapy for clients.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress through data collection.
