Qualifications
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required.
BCBA certification is essential.
LBA certification where applicable is necessary.
Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred.
At least 1 year of ABA experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, intervention strategies, and data analysis required.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and individualized assessments.
Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise ongoing ABA therapy for clients.
Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
Monitor client progress through data collection.
