Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education or psychology.
• Three years' recent experience supporting individuals with autism.
• BCBA certification required; Utah LBA licensure for Utah openings.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans grounded in assessment data and behavior-analytic principles.
• Supervise, coach, and train behavior technicians and functional skills specialists.
• Maintain data measurement, analysis, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Ensure treatment plans meet insurance, contract, and professional standards.
• Consult with families, care teams, and outside agencies to keep support consistent across settings.
• Provide guidance on crisis intervention and critical-incident support.
