Job summary

Child Builders ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop ABA plans, and supervise RBTs for individuals with ASD and related developmental disabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, schools, and professionals, data-driven progress monitoring, and adherence to ethical guidelines while delivering high-quality ABA services. Strong communication and commitment to ongoing professional development are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a BCBA or in a related role.
• Experience completing FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Proficient in ABA techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and team.
• Knowledge of special education laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBAs) to identify target behaviors and goals.
• Develop individualized BSPs based on assessments and ABA principles.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and technicians.
• Monitor client progress with data collection and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and professionals for continuity of care.
• Provide parent training to help families implement strategies at home.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Maintain accurate confidential records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and standards.
