Job summary

Avion ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to assess, design, and monitor ABA treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities in Missouri. You will conduct assessments, develop tailored plans, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure effective outcomes.

The role includes supervising RBTs, implementing progress monitoring, and providing parent training to support at-home strategies. A strong emphasis on data collection and communication is required.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Proficiency in data collection methods and ability to analyse data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and initial evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Work with families and professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Supervise RBT technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behaviour support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
• Provide parent training.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the client’s family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner.
