Job summary

Avion ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and provide direct client support to improve behavioral health.

The role involves supervising RBTs, training parents, and collaborating with families and professionals to implement comprehensive ABA strategies across multiple settings. A BCBA certification is required and experience with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data collection methods and ability to analyze data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and initial evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Work with families and professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment strategies
• Supervise RBT technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide parent training
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner
