Job summary

Avion ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide direct support to clients while collaborating with families and professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Supervisory experience with RBTs and strong data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency in data collection methods and ability to analyze data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and initial evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA-based treatment plans.
• Work with families and professionals to implement comprehensive strategies.
• Supervise RBT technicians; model and monitor progress of behavior support plans.
• Provide parent training.
• Maintain positive, timely communication with clients’ families.
