Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized treatment plans for children with autism and related disabilities. Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles.
• Design and implement data collection systems to monitor progress and guide interventions.
• Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians, including feedback and evaluations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to set goals and support plans.
• Deliver direct intervention services and teach functional skills.
