Job summary

EDU-AIDs LLC is seeking a dedicated BCBA in Somerville, MA to conduct FBAs, develop ABA treatment plans, and monitor progress. The role involves supervising RBTs and staff, and training parents, caregivers, and teachers in behavior-analytic strategies.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree or higher in ABA/psychology/education and a current BACB-BCBA certification with licensure eligibility as required. A collaborative, inclusive environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure, where required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavioral assessments.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Establish measurable treatment goals based on client needs and assessment results.
• Analyze behavioral and clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Provide direct and indirect clinical services as appropriate.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
• Train parents, caregivers, teachers, and stakeholders in behavior-analytic strategies.
