Job summary

EDU-AIDs LLC in Fitchburg, MA seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services to students with disabilities in an inclusive environment.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train caregivers and staff. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, with licensure eligibility where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure, where required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral assessments.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Establish measurable treatment goals based on client needs and assessment results.
• Analyze behavioral and clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Provide direct and indirect clinical services as appropriate.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), behavior technicians, and other clinical staff.
• Train parents, caregivers, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders in behavior-analytic strategies.
