Job summary

EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. The BCBA will conduct FBAs and other assessments, develop and update ABA treatment plans, set measurable goals, and analyze data to assess effectiveness.

The role includes supervision of RBTs and training for caregivers, teachers, and stakeholders, contributing to an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure, where required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavioral assessments.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Establish measurable treatment goals based on client needs and assessment results.
• Analyze behavioral and clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Provide direct and indirect clinical services as appropriate.
• Supervise and train RBTs, behavior technicians, and other clinical staff.
• Train parents, caregivers, teachers, and other stakeholders in behavior-analytic strategies.
