Job summary

EDU-AIDs LLC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Boston team. The ideal candidate will foster an inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students with disabilities.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop and update individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs and staff, and train families and educators in behavior-analytic strategies, ensuring high-quality clinical services in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavioral assessments.
• Develop and update ABA treatment plans.
• Establish measurable treatment goals based on assessments.
• Analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Provide direct and indirect clinical services as appropriate.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Train parents, caregivers, teachers in behavior-analytic strategies.
