EDU-AIDs LLC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Winchester, MA. The ideal candidate will foster an inclusive learning environment for students with disabilities and lead ABA services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure, where required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavioral assessments.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Establish measurable treatment goals based on client needs and results.
• Analyze behavioral and clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Provide direct and indirect clinical services as appropriate.
• Supervise and train RBTs, behavior technicians, and other staff.
• Train parents, caregivers, teachers, and other stakeholders in behavior-analytic strategies.
