Job summary

EDU-AIDs LLC in Leicester, Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will foster an inclusive learning environment for students with disabilities and lead ABA services.

The role involves conducting FBAs, developing evidence-based ABA plans, supervising RBTs, and training caregivers and teachers to apply behavior-analytic strategies. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure, where required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral assessments.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Establish measurable treatment goals based on client needs and assessment results.
• Analyze behavioral and clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Provide direct and indirect clinical services as appropriate.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), behavior technicians, and other clinical staff.
• Train parents, caregivers, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders in behavior-analytic strategies.
