Job summary

EDU-AIDs LLC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Northborough, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will foster an inclusive learning environment that meets diverse needs of students with disabilities.

The role includes conducting FBAs, developing ABA treatment plans, supervising staff, and training stakeholders, while contributing to data-driven outcomes and program quality. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure, where required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavioral assessments.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Establish measurable treatment goals based on client needs and assessment results.
• Analyze behavioral and clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Provide direct and indirect clinical services as appropriate.
• Supervise and train RBTs, behavior technicians, and other clinical staff.
• Train parents, caregivers, teachers, and other stakeholders in behavior-analytic strategies.
