Job summary

EDU-AIDs LLC in Brookline, Massachusetts seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team immediately. The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop ABA treatment plans, set measurable goals and supervise RBTs while engaging families, teachers and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure where required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavioral assessments.
• Develop, implement, and update ABA treatment plans.
• Establish measurable treatment goals based on assessments.
• Analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Provide direct and indirect clinical services as appropriate.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Train parents, caregivers, teachers and other stakeholders in behavior-analytic strategies.
