Job summary

EP BEHAVIOR CONSULTING is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead adult behavioral services. You will conduct intakes, assessments, develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality person-centered services for adults.

You will supervise BMAs, BMCs, and DSPs, provide training and oversight, and collaborate with leadership to build and expand the Adult Behavior Services Department, establishing clinical processes, documentation

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and appropriate licensure/state credentials, as applicable.
• Experience working with adults is REQUIRED. This experience does not have to have been in a BCBA role.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ethical practice.
• Ability to develop, implement, monitor, and modify individualized behavior plans.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to person-centered and respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior support and treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of behavioral services.
• Analyze data and monitor progress toward individualized goals.
• Modify interventions based on data and clinical need.
• Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, direct-care staff, and other members of the care team.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Advocate for clients' dignity, independence, choice, and quality of life.
• Follow the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code and applicable laws and regulations.
