Job summary

EP BEHAVIOR CONSULTING is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead adult behavioral services. You will conduct intakes, assessments, develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality person-centered services for adults.

You will supervise BMAs, BMCs, and DSPs, provide training and oversight, and collaborate with leadership to build and expand the Adult Behavior Services Department, establishing clinical processes, documentation

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and appropriate licensure/state credentials, as applicable.
• Experience working with adults is REQUIRED. This experience does not have to have been in a BCBA role.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ethical practice.
• Ability to develop, implement, monitor, and modify individualized behavior plans.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to person-centered and respectful care.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with individuals across the lifespan, with a particular focus on adults.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide clinical leadership and behavioral support services to adult clients while playing a key role in the development and growth of the company’s Adult Behavior Services Department. This position is responsible for conducting client intakes and comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing and overseeing individualized behavior support plans, monitoring client progress, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services.

The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support to Behavior Management Assistants (BMAs), Behavior Management Consultants (BMCs), and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who work directly with clients. This includes providing training, consultation, supervision, and ongoing feedback to promote consistent implementation of behavior strategies and best practices.

In addition to direct clinical responsibilities, the BCBA will collaborate with company leadership to develop and expand the Adult Behavior Services Department, helping establish clinical processes, service models, documentation standards, staff training systems, and other operational structures necessary to support a high-quality adult behavioral services program.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and interpersonal skills, experience working with adults, and an interest in helping build and shape a growing service department. Required Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and appropriate licensure/state credentials, as applicable
• Experience working with adults is REQUIRED. This experience does not have to have been obtained in a BCBA role. Experience in behavioral health, developmental services, education, caregiving, direct support, or another relevant setting may qualify.
