Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care, based in California, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. You will design, implement, and monitor behavior plans and provide direct treatment across settings.

Work with children and adults with ASD, IDD, or mental illness, train staff, and contribute to committees. A BCBA and ABA experience are required; occasional remote work is available when not in session.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Experience implementing ABA programming with behavioral intervention.
• Work with children and adults with ASD, IDD, or mental illness using positive programming.

Responsibilities

• Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support principles.
• Serve on Interdisciplinary Teams providing expertise on behavioral issues.
• Design, train, monitor and report on Behavior Plans.
