Job summary

People Incorporated seeks a Clinician to oversee clinical supports for adults and children, ensuring high‑quality Positive Behavior Support and crisis response. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, train staff, and coordinate with DDS, EEC, and guardians to implement effective interventions in residential, adult day, and early learning settings.

Qualifications

• Master's level BCBA with active state licensure and experience supervising staff.
• Bachelor's level BCaBA licensure considered with relevant experience.
• LICSW or LMHC licensure also considered for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across Adult Day, Children’s, and Residential Divisions.
• Collaborate with Directors, Managers, and DDS to ensure quality services.
• Submit reports and data as required and evaluate referral packets.
• Write and monitor Positive Behavior Support plans and supervise staff.
• Attend meetings with guardians, DDS, EEC and team; provide strategies.

Education

Master's level BCBA with state licensure

Bachelor's level BCaBA with state licensure

LICSW or LMHC professional degree and licensure
