Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum in a permanent, full-time role. The BCBA will supervise clinical staff and coordinate treatment plans with families and insurers.

The role emphasizes adherence to care standards, ongoing staff training, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver effective, evidence-based outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed, meeting state requirements.
• Experience with applied behavior analysis in home and/or clinic settings.
• Ability to supervise and train clinical staff and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and program modification.
• Provide parent training and care coordination with other providers; manage insurance authorizations.
• Train and supervise clinical staff and supervisees to ensure high-quality treatment.
