Job summary

Ahead ABA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism, while also supporting their families throughout the process.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success, all while maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
