Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to lead development, implementation, and evaluation of tailored behaviour plans, supervising RBTs and ensuring high-quality ABA therapy.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, train staff and families, analyze data, and maintain thorough documentation while promoting compassionate care within Maryland standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and Maryland LBA are required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong communication skills essential for clients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency with data collection, analysis, and reporting IT systems.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior staff or trainees.
• Knowledge of current best practices in behavior analysis and intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop personalised care plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programmes based on evidence-based practices.
• Lead and supervise behaviour technicians and other team members.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff, families, and caregivers.
• Analyse data to evaluate programme effectiveness and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
• Promote positive behavior change through evidence-based interventions and behavioural techniques.
