Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst to lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for patients, supervising Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure ongoing progress. The role includes direct ABA therapy as needed and coordination with the care team.

The candidate will train staff, monitor patient progress, and prepare reports including IEP goals and assessments with support from leadership. Responsibilities include ensuring HIPAA compliance across all documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to observe, document, and assess patient behavior accurately.
• Proficiency in using technology for data entry and maintaining patient records.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers.
• Supervise patients via in-person sessions or telehealth.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and the ABA team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Liaise between Technicians, caregivers and service providers.
• Complete six-month authorization reports and other documentation.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates.

Master’s Degree in Psychology
