Damar Services in East Chicago, IN seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our mission-driven team. The BCBA will lead treatment plan development, data collection, and behavioral intervention for clients with autism, guiding the treatment team and maintaining thorough documentation.

The role requires a BCBA/BCaBA, a Bachelor's (Master's preferred), and at least 2 years of autism ABA experience, with Indiana driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• BCaBA or BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years’ autism experience; 18 months ABA.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record acceptable.
• Clear of felony convictions and background checks; pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with data collection.
• Provide direct therapy and clinical oversight to assigned caseload.
• Complete VB-MAPP assessments and FBAs as needed.
• Compile weekly/monthly/quarterly data and reports.
• Lead family meetings and ensure adherence to policies.
