Job summary

Damar Services, LLC, a mission-driven not-for-profit in Avon or Southwest Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA Program Manager team. You will develop treatment plans, oversee client caseloads, supervise RBTs, and analyze data to guide therapy and training across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and BCBA required.
• Indiana Behavior Analyst License required.
• Minimum 2 years’ autism experience in ABA setting.
• Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5% supervision to RBTs on assigned team.
• Develop and supervise individualized treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and adjust plans as needed.
• Lead clinical meetings and provide training to staff.
• Manage a caseload of up to 30 hours per week.
• Deliver ABA program management across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Review assessments and progress every 6 months and adjust as required.
