Damar Services, LLC, Avon or Southwest Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Manager to lead ABA services for individuals with autism. The role focuses on developing treatment plans, providing clinical oversight, and supervising RBTs across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include data-driven program management, regular supervision, and ongoing training to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and BCBA
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with autism spectrum disorders
• Minimum 1 year experience as a BCBA
• Indiana Behavior Analyst License
• Ability to pass and maintain Critical Moments Training (CMT) Certification
• Ability to pass and maintain CPR Certification
• Minimum age of 18 per licensure requirements
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record as per insurance carrier requirements

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for assigned clients.
• Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Regularly analyze client data and adjust treatment plans and training materials as needed.
• Serve as a clinic leader by attending meetings and delivering training.
• Collaborate with the Program Director and other staff to ensure high-quality ABA services.
