Job summary

Damar Services, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA Program Manager team. The Program Manager provides clinical oversight, develops treatment plans, and guides RBT supervision to ensure high-quality services for children with autism and related developmental needs.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, performance feedback, and collaboration with families and school partners.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and license required.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders required (ABA setting).
• Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5% supervision to RBTs on assigned team and oversee data collection.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Lead clinic meetings, provide training, and deliver feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school partners to support client progress.
• Ensure compliance with ABA program standards and progress reviews every 6 months.
