Job summary

LEARN Behavioral in Chicago is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical teams in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will supervise clinicians, oversee treatment plans, and ensure data-driven, person-centered care with assent-based approaches.

The role requires a Master's degree or higher, BCBA certification (or eligibility to sit soon), and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately.
