Damar Services, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) to join our ABA team at Ameriplex and Avon clinics. You will contribute to treatment plan development, data collection, and behavioral intervention under supervision.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification and required licensure
• Minimum 2 years’ autism experience in ABA setting
• Ability to pass Critical Moments Training (CMT)
• Ability to pass CPR Certification and maintain licensure
• Must be 18+ and meet driving eligibility

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans for ABA clients.
• Collect data and monitor client progress.
• Assist in creating and updating Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Provide training and support to RBTs and staff.
• Maintain documentation of all ABA services delivered.
