Job summary

Damar Services, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the ABA Program Manager team.

The Program Manager will develop treatment plans, provide clinical oversight, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and developmental challenges. You will regularly review client data, adjust plans, attend meetings, deliver training, and collaborate with the clinic and families to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with autism spectrum disorders.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a BCBA.
• Indiana Behavior Analyst License.
• Pass Critical Moments Training (CMT) Certification.
• Pass CPR Certification.
• Minimum age of 18 per licensure requirements.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements.
• Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment physical.
• Favourably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide clinical oversight.
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Regularly analyze client data and adjust treatment plans and training materials as needed.
• Lead meetings, provide additional training, and deliver feedback.
• Provide ABA program management to clients in clinic, home, school, and/or community settings.
• Maintain a caseload and ensure efficient use of time and resources.
