Job summary

Total Spectrum in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. This role supports supervision of clinicians, data-driven decision making, parent trainings, and collaborative, person-centered care.

We offer both part-time and full-time schedules with a minimum 20-hour weekly billable target and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification required or expected to sit for BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
