Housing Advocacy Vocational and Employment (HAVE) in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission‑driven team. You will implement evidence‑based ABA strategies to support individuals and families in the Gaithersburg community.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, creating BIPs, delivering direct ABA therapy, supervising RBTs, data analysis, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure ethical practice and high-quality

Qualificações

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience performing FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and verbal behavior.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide direct ABA therapy and oversee programming.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and technicians.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with BACB ethics.
• Provide training and caregiver coaching to support skill generalization.
