Job summary

Ahead ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve families in Gaithersburg and surrounding Montgomery County. We are a caring in-home ABA team focused on delivering effective clinical work while preventing burnout.

The BCBA will run assessments, write treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train parents, and monitor progress. Hybrid work includes time for remote parent training, treatment plans, and notes, with strong RBT support to keep you focused on clients.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland Behavior Analyst license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities
