ABA A Step At A Time Care in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families. The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, MD LBA licensure, a master's in ABA, and demonstrated experience across in-center, in-home, and school-based settings.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• MD LBA licensure required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional/skill-based assessments.
• Experience training and supervising RBTs.
• Experience with parent training and ABA in multiple settings.
• Insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical SOPs.
