Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC in Schuylkill County is hiring Licensed Behavior Consultants (BC-ABA) to deliver individualized ABA services to children and adolescents and collaborate with families and schools. A valid PA LBS license is required, with BCBA preferred and a Master’s degree in a mental health field.

PA clearances must be current. The role offers meaningful growth, supervision toward BCBA, paid training, and a supportive team in a locally owned company focused on making a difference

Qualifikationen

• A valid Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (LBS) is required.
• Master's Degree (MS/MA) in a mental health field and one year paid experience with children/adolescents.
• BCBA Certification is preferred.
• Valid PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI clearances (within 2 years).

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized, direct one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
• Direct and supervise BHT-ABAs with Behavioral Skills training.
• Train caregivers and partner with schools on learner-focused outcomes and participate in IEP/CASSP meetings.
• Monitor and analyze data to adapt programming.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
